Postage with Love

Hi Crafting friends,

Today the Crazy4Challenges design team have a challenge using postage stamps.

Inspired By... Postage Stamps. Make a project using a postage stamp, used or new, or a postage stamp image or die.

The postage designer paper is the inspiration for my card, I have used the Mama Elephant slimline dies and the Waffle Flower stamp set.

Snow Trees

                                                                    Hi Crafting Friends

Apparently the 21st March is International Day of Forests. For our challenge on CCEE Stampers blog this week, we are including a tree or trees on our creations.

I have been wanting to make this card since I saw the die set from Hero arts. Following a tip from a Jennifer Mcguire tutorial, I used light blue card stock for the card back and blending Chipped Sapphire distress oxide ink. I then splattered pearl white paint to look like snow.

I also splatted the paint onto the white card after die cutting the trees. I then glued on the angel mix sequins to the trees for some Christmas bling.

Along with the Christmas sentiments.

National Techies Day

Play along with the CCEE Stampers team for the challenge today.

Today is National Techies day. Kelly has asked us to create a card with something "techy" on it (computes, cell phones, etc.) or simply create a thank you card.

I love these cute little hamsters, I have them having fun with the My Favorite things up & down interactive die-namic.

To create my card, I started with the background using stencils. Then cut in the interactive part using the die. I stamped and coloured the images and fussy cut them out, before adding them to the card.

From London with Love

Hi There,
My card today is for the challenge that I do with a couple of friends to challenge ourselves to use our supplies.
This month our theme was international, my choice was London.

I wanted to show several images for the waffle flower stamp set. I have been totally lacking inspiration lately so this is a very basic pop up card.

Thanks for looking today......................

Tumble and Flip

Welcome to this weeks challenge card for the CCEE Stampers team challenge.

Lois is our hostess this month and says this is the 60th anniversary of my graduation from high school -- June 9, 1959.   So the challenge for the team this week is to make a card depicting their favorite subject in school.

I can't say I really had a favourite subject at school so for my card today I went with the one I really didn't like at all. I am totally inflexible and uncoordinated so when it was time for gymnastics class I wished I was somewhere else.

I have used Waffle flower tumble on stamp set and the lawn fawn magic picture changer die.
