Congratulations Mr & Mrs 1582020

This is the card that I made for my daughter's wedding back in August.  I have just realized that I haven't put it on my blog.
It has been a crazy year and for sometime we weren't sure the wedding would be able to go ahead, with all the Covid restrictions. But we were very lucky, she was able to have her hens party and allowed 80 people at the wedding. A week later we had more cases and we sent back into tighter restrictions.

On the front of the card I have used Tonic Studio dies in gold foil card.

Inside I have created a pop up card using Karen Burniston dies, Paper Frames pop up, and the Happily Ever after sentiment die. I also added the wedding charms. I love the the weddings charms, they are from Karen's Elizabeth Craft Design days.

Thanks for looking today.

Magic Iris Snow Globe

Hi Crafting friends,

Today for the Crazy 4 challenges blog our challenge is to use snowmen on our cards.

Snowman what’s new! – Winter is coming in the Northern Hemisphere which means snow and snowmen. Create a card today which includes a snowman.

I love snowmen, it doesn't snow where I am so it is great to create them in my craft room.

I have used the Lawn Fawn Magic Iris Snow globe add on for my card base. I then used the snow globe scenes inside.

On the front I added the snow flake from the snow globe scene shaker set, die cutting them in glitter cardstock.

Don't forget to check out the rest of the “Crazies” cards over on the Crazy 4 Challenges blog and also their individual blogs for more details.

Tie one on and take a hike

  Hi Crafting friends,

Welcome to today's challenge card with the CCEE Stampers blog design team.

Today is Tie One On Day. Create a card using something that’s tied (apron strings, shoelaces, bow tie, ribbons in the hair, etc. Alternate is to use ribbon/twine/etc anywhere on your card – or both combined!

When I first saw this challenge the work laces stuck in my mind, I have had this MFT All Star high top di- namics die set for quiet some time, so it is great to be able to use it for this challenge. The die fits perfect into the popular slimline card designs.

On the Bright side

Hi Crafting friends, Today is challenge day with the design team on CCEE Stampers.

The flower of the day today is: Sunflowers! Create a card of thankfulness/gratitude and add a sunflower(s) somewhere on your card.

I have made a slimline card using the Pink Fresh Studio slimline dies. The sunflower image is the bright side stamp from Trinty Stamps.

Pickles Yes Please!

Today is challenge day with the Crazy's team on Crazy 4 Challenges.

Apparently today is Pickle Day! Are you in a right pickle or a cool as a cucumber??? Create a card inspired by a pickle, either by including a pickle or food that goes with pickles on your card, use the color green … or incorporate a pickle themed sentiment.

Well I didn't have any pickle images for this challenge, I do love pickles on my burgers.

My stamp set is from an Australian company called Beccy's Place. I made the base card using a flip die.

Dear Santa

It is beginning to look like Christmas for the design team on The CCEE Stampers Blog. Our challenge is to create a Christmas card.

Dear Santa …. It’s *Dear Santa Letter Writing Week*. Create a card showcasing a letter to Santa. Maybe your image shows a critter or child or even an adult writing a Christmas wish list or letter to Santa.

I have had this stamp for quite a few years, but it is a Christmas favourite and perfect for this challenge.

Thankful for you

Today is challenge day with the Crazy 4 Challenges design team.

Give Thanks – Create either a Thank You card or a Thanksgiving Card

The inspiration for my card is a layout design card made by Karen Aiken the Double Charm Accordion, using Karen Burniston Charm Accordion die. Karen has a photo and a video on how to double the Charm Accordion die on her blog, follow the link.

I had the designer paper in my stash for sometime and I decorated the card using the Lawn Fawn tree before and after stamps and dies. This a great slimline card that fit into a business size envelop.

The Grillfather

Today's card is for the CCEE Stampers design team challenge.

Today is Men Make Dinner Day :) Sit back, relax and prepare for dinner to be served! Create a card with the men (or critter) showing off their cooking skills. And yes – BBQ is acceptable!

It is summer time here and it is great to sit back and have the men in my life operate the grill.
