Smokin Birthday

Welcome to this weeks CCEE Stampers team challenge.

May is apparently Barbecue Month and the 28th May is Hamburger Day…. Let's think BBQ's and/or Hamburgers when creating our cards this week …
My card this week is using the free stamp set that was in the creative stamping magazine issue 59.

Wine and Coffee

Today I am sharing the card I have made for the Crazy4challenges team challenge.

According to the days of the year calendar it is wine day, create a card with this in mind.

I may just be using this sentiment quiet a lot in the next 12 months with both of my daughters making wedding plans for next year, it will be some fun times ahead.

The sentiment is from Riley and company and I have created a tag book using Karen Burniston's circle tag book pop up die along with her Coffee and wine charms.

Each charm element on the inside had been sponged with distress oxide inks, I have also added Karen's coffee stencil ( now retired).

Here a couple of close up of the charm elements.

Hope your day is......

Today I am sharing the card I made for the CCEE Stampers challenge.

Frances says "I don't know about you, but I seldom seem to create a card these days that doesn't include at least one die in it's creation. So our challenge this week is to create a card using at least one die."

This is my first attempt at a card using the Lawn Fawn reveal die. It looks a bit difficult but it really isn't, the hardest part was finding the sentiment and stamped images that matched.

Supplies:
Lawn Fawn reveal wheel, Reveal wheel sentiment, reveal wheel stencil template, mushroom border die, simple wavy banners die, designer paper - spring fling and scallops and Your next stamp - Fairy tales homes, copic pens, oxide ink, wink of stella glitter pen.

Sprinkled with love

Welcome to today's challenge card made for the CCEE Stampers team challenge.

Tomorrow (17th May) is Pizza Party Day, so for our challenge this week create a card that features pizza or some other food item on it.

Well I didn't have anything suitable for a pizza car card so I went with the other food item. I went with the home delivered ice-cream, just the thing to have after a pizza party.

I created my base card using Karen Burniston - Rockin Rectangle pop-up die on the inside. I then created a acetate window the shape of the delivery truck.
I have used the stamps and coordinating dies from Avery Elle to complete the card.

I just love the way the truck moves up and down when you open the card.

A Beautiful Mother's day

This week on CCEE Stampers blog our challenge is make a card for a Mother.

Mother's Day is this coming Sunday in many parts of the world including the USA, Canada and Australia. Create a card suitable for a mother, it doesn't have to be a Mother's Day card.

For my card I have used the stamp set from Gina K - A Beautiful Life.
I stamped the image onto designer paper and again onto white card stock. I then coloured the flowers and fussy cut them out and mounted them onto the card using foam tape for dimension.

C4C482 paper strips

I am the hostess for this month on the Crazy4challenges. I have invited Nicky Foden from
My messy craft room as my guest designer. Nicky has some wonderful cards on her blog so make sure you go over an have a look.

I don't like wasting things so I seem to have lots of paper off cuts, so here is a chance to use some of your leftover papers, make a card using paper or card strips/scraps.

So I had some left over pieces of designer paper from my making last years Christmas cards. It is good to get a head start on my cards for this year.
I attached the paper strips with double sided sticker sheet on white card stock cut it to my card size and then ran it through a Christmas embossing folder for added texture and tho make sure the paper pieces were stuck down very well. I  then layered the panel unto a card base adding the die cut fishtail banners and the little Christmas mouse.

Out of this world

This is my card for today's challenge on CCEE Stampers, this month Frances is the hostess.

Tomorrow 3rd May is International Space Day and the 4th May is Star Wars Day. So our challenge this week is to create space cards.

It is great when you are on holiday's you get time to play in the craft room. This is my first attempt at the Lawn Fawn magic picture changer and the magic picture changer add on.

I stamped the uniquely creative stamp images, masked them and created a northern lights background. I then used the dies to make the slider panels.
I white heat embossed the sentiment onto designer paper and used the bottom of the add on cut out the sentiment so that it matched the front panel.
