Prehistoric Pop n Swap

Hi Crafting Friends

Today is the last challenge from Lynn on the CCEE Stampers blog.

Friday is International Animation Day. What joyful and action-packed entertainment has filled our lives through the talented creations of the world's amazing animators.

For this challenge I thought I would try the animated version of the pop n swap.

I have used this prehistoric pals stamp set to replicate the prehistoric family the Flintstones from Hanna Barbera for inspiration.

When the card is closed you see the prehistoric man and his vehicle and when you open the card, they change to prehistoric women and pet. With a place to sign the card.

Inside I have used the pop n swap die to create the interactive element. The easiest way to understand this die is to watch Karen Burniston's tutorials on her interactive dies, i will add the link below.

Kitchen Appliances

I recently joined this challenge and the theme was for Kitchen Appliances, this is what I came up with.
I have used this stamp set for Darcie's Home and Heart., I have used the electric mixer and bowl on the front and layered them onto some die-cut labels.
I had this designer paper in my stash for quite some time and I love using it in the background.

On the inside I have used Karen Burniston 1122 paper Frames Pop -up for some interactive fun. The little fox is just so cute. I added some more labels and  the die-cut spatula from Karen's past designs -

Reptiles

Hi Crafting friends,

This card is for the this weeks challenge with my friends on the CCEE Stampers blog.

Friday, October 21 is National Reptile Day. Lynn is asking the CCEE Stampers to be sure to feature on your cards the reptile of your choice: an alligator, a lizard, a turtle, a snake, a dinosaur! Or use them all! You choose!

The stamp that I have used for my card today is a rubber stamp on a wood block that I have had for many years. I have rediscovered lots of stamps that have been packed away.

Nautical Honors

It it time for another challenge with the team on the CCEE Stampers blog, Lynn is back with this challenge.

In the United States of America , October 13 is the day that the U.S. Navy celebrates as their birthday. To honor the men and women who have stepped up to serve our nation as members of the Navy since its inception, create a  card with a nautical theme.

I had this 6 x 6 paper pack in my stash of papers, it is double sided but I just couldn't bring myself to cut up this page, I glad I didn't have to as it works great as a card front for this theme.

I also found another pack with the anchor paper with worked well with the other pack.

I have used the twist panel die set to add some interactive fun inside. I added a spot to write your sentiment and added the die cut anchor charm.

I will bring you strength

Hi crafting friends

Today it is challenge day with my friends on the CCEE Stampers challenge blog. Lynn is our hostess for the month.

In the United States, today is National Bring Your Bible to School Day. For that reason, our challenge for this week is quite simple: use a Bible scripture as the sentiment on the front of your card design.

I didn't have many religious stamp sets for this challenge but I picked up this set from a craft sale. I die cut the rose 3 times with different colours and I then used the inlay technique for the flower.
