Happy House Warming

Today I am sharing my card for the Crazy 4 Challenges theme.

Shape Up - Shaped cards are so much fun and with dies these days can be so easy to create … so for our challenge this week create a shaped card.

For my card I have used the Lawn Fawn Mushroom house die. It is rather small so it is a gift tag card for a housewarming gift.
I didn't have any small fairy images so I have your the girl elf from the Holiday helpers set.

Here is a peek inside.

Beyond Blue

Our challenge for this week on CCEE Stampers blog is to - Make a card or project that encourages someone, and send it!

To make my card I have used the stamp and stencil set that were free in the Simply cards & papercraft magazine issue 186.

They are samples from Ranger and feature designers Dina Wakley , Letterit and dylusions.
I have used Tim Holtz distress oxide inks.

My card is for someone who suffers anxiety and depression, in the lead up to R U OK day, to let them know that they are not alone.

Swing side to side baby

My card today is made for a challenge that I do with friends, so that we use our supplies each month. This month our challenge was to make a swing card.
I have used the My Favorite Things interactive swing die for my swing element and added the Gerda Steiner designs stamp set Hello Little one.

When you tilt the card the baby swings side to side.

Celebrations take Two

The other day I shared an engagement card, well today I have another one. Yes my daughter is engaged, but a big surprise two weeks later so is her sister.......

So while I had out my supplies I created another card this one is just a little bit different, using most of the same Karen Burniston dies.

Next year will be a busy year with two weddings to plan. Luckily then will be a few months apart.

Cut up stamping techinque

Today is challenge day with the Crazy 4 Challenges team. Our challenge is to revisit Cut up staming technique.
This isn't a new technique and I have done it many times in the past in various ways.
However Jennifer McGuire shared this fun technique a few months ago, so I thought it would
be fun to revisit this technique. So for our challenge this week create a card for our challenge today
using this technique.

Love in a fancy fold

This week on the CCEE Stampers blog our challenge is to create a card with fancy folds. I needed a card to celebrate my daughter's engagement.
My favourite fancy fold cards are dies from Karen Burniston. To make the centre pop up I have used the Heart Pivot panel die and the twist panel pop-up die. I have also used the wedding charms (retired) as added embellishments.

Never Judge a Book

Welcome to my blog today. It is challenge time with the Crazy team on Crazy 4 challenges.

Yesterday was Book Lovers Day …. For our challenge this week take your inspiration from a book.

For my inspiration I chose when you read a book and have really so good that you can't stop reading it, only to be disappointed when they make it into a movie or the other way around and you see a movie and then realize it was a book first.

I also had the chance to play with a new release die from Karen Burniston the Triple Flip die. I love the samples from the design team and had so much fun that I think it will soon be a favourite.

Thanks

For today's challenge on CCEE Stampers blog, we are asked to use either wet or dry embossing.  Embossing adds so much to a card.  Add some bling (glitter, gems, sequins, etc.)

I have used black heat embossing for the flowers and white puff embossing powder for the sentiment. I have also add glitter nuvo drops.
