Orential Tri-shutter

Last month for club we learnt how to make a tri-shutter card, you can find the tutorial for this on splitcoast stampers. I made this card for Gai whose birthday we are celebrating today, Happy Birthday Gai.

Totally just got asked out

I was looking through my Designer paper and came across this paper with text from the spring break collection form stampin up, I thought if I was a single girl that would be something that I would drink to. I love the way that stampin up designer paper can be used together, the dresses were paper pieced with Bella Rose dp.

Golfing thankyou

Today I played in the final of our club golf tournament, 4bbb knockout matchplay event run over the last 3 weeks. ( it probably doesn't mean much to those of you who don't play golf, but it is a difficult game to play) My partner(friend) and I have played in this event for 11 years and this year we qualified 8th out of 8, to our surprise we made it to the final and won. This event is sponsored and here is the thank you card that I made.

Masquerade Mask

I am attending a masquerade themed 21st this weekend. But I soon discovered that I could not wear a mask and my glasses at the same time, so I had to make one up. I drew the design free hand and used this lovely felt embossed card from DCWV and wanted to keep to the creme theme. I then simply attached the feathers and flowers and a touch of bling with pearls on the opposite side. The mask was then attached to a spare pair of glasses, so I can now see everyone at the party.

Masquerade 21

This card was made for my Friend's daughter who turned 21 this month. I used this weeks weekend sketch challenge WSC90 on splitcoast stampers.

I made this card for my Daughters friend who is turning 18 this week. I used this months sketch on Our Creative Corner .

I made this card for verve sketch challenge on splitcoast stampers VSLFL4. I don't always have time to stamp when new challenges are posted so I save them to use at a later date.I used my new nestibilites and edger punch.

Happy Birthday Tara

Today is my darling girl's 21st Birthday, the first that we have not shared together becase she in way across the world in Florida. I hope you are having a wonderful day.
Tara likes to read books and every year she likes me to make her a bookmark. This year I went with the Disney fairy theme as she has just spent the last 6mths working at fantasy land at Disney World.
I just hope that it has arrived before she gets to look here.

Aged Perfectly

This set from My Favourite Things is one that I purchased from the craft show last month, actually I purchased a few MFT sets.
My Daughter turns 21 next month so I am working on cards with drink glasses, not that I would send her this one, I think it is more suited for someone who is 21 again rather than the first time around. I love the paper piercing, so much easier than colouring the dresses in. I used sketch MFTSC73 for this layout.

25th Anniversary

This is a very quick post as today is my 25th Anniversary and my Hubby and I are heading off to spend a few days at a golf resort.
Wow 25years together, it just seems like it was the other day that we met.
