Today is challange day with my friends on the CCEE stampers blog and Hostess Lois has given us a Technique challenge.
Create a simple Bokeh background.
The first time I tried this technique I created a circle stencil and applied ink that way, this time I did very easy using Distress inks and the circle mini blending tool. It was way easy and so much fun.
I chose colours with a sea theme in mind and combined them with
Elizabeth Craft Designs products.

Seahorse
