CCEE 1439 national dog week

To finish up Lois's month of playing hostess on CCEE Stampers, we're going to celebrate National Dog Week by including a dog on our cards.
I must say I was not looking forward to this challenge, a few months ago we lost our beloved dog of 18 years in his memory I have made this card using the two Stampavie Xmas Puppies. At Christmas He would get together with my Mum's dog and tear into their gifts, although I think it was more the dog biscuits hidden in the wrapping that was more interesting than the gift.
All the dies I have used are from Elizabeth Craft Designs, Outdoor edges, stand up words, evergreen pivot, clouds from all seasons tree. to decorate the trees I have used the micro fine glitter and glitter stickers.
For the for the front of the card I started with the puppies and the outdoor edges to create a winter scene. It was then attached to the card with foam dots, the base card cut and decorated with the pivot evergreen trees.
Inside it is a winter scene continues with a combination of  all the dies.

Pop on over to CCEE Stampers to see what the other designers have come up with.

  8. I'm sorry that it was hard for you making this- 18 years is a long time to have a dog, and they really are part of the family. You've certainly created a great Christmas scene - those little dogs are just darling.
