Time for cake

Hi there, I have a few birthdays coming up and it is always great to have cake for your birthday, but some of us are alway watching the waist line so a cupcake card is great instead. I came across this site called Cute card Thursday and the challenge theme "was time for cake" so here is my card. I have used Mojo Monday mojo209 for my layout.
Supplies:
Stamps: Stampnavie, inkadinkado
Paper: chocolate, pink, white card, Cre8tiv Designer paper
Other: copics,ribbon,button,black & brown ink,hot glue, MS cupcake punch, nestabilities labels one & spiral blossom two
