CCEE1444 lets make a scene

Welcome to another CCEE Stampers challenge, this time Liz and Lynn have asked us to make a scene. They say "  It can be a beautiful sunset, skyline, desert, or even a view from your window that you might enjoy on a daily basis. Whatever is scenic to you!!"

In the corner of my garden I have this garden bench under a Poinciana tree which looses most of its leaves each winter, I can imagine mice playing in the leaves.

To Create this scene I have used an assortment of Elizabeth Craft Designs dies designed by Karen Bruniston. Agatha EdgesGarden Bench pop upAll seasons tree. The House Mouse stamps I have used I have simply had for ages, they are so cute that they never loose their appeal, have a look at the newest range at House Mouse Designs.

For the front of the card I have kept is very basic with some designer paper, adhesive lace tape and MFT sentiment and Katie Label die.

CCEE1443 fall colours

Today on CCEE Stampers our challenge is to use some of those rich and fabulous colors of fall.
Now Fall/Autumn for us is March to May and where I live the colours don't really change that much, however the Autumn hues greens, browns, orange, reds and gold are my favourite colour combinations. The designer paper I have used is Antique Rose stack from Kaisercraft, love those roses.
The butterfly was a store bought embellishment that was sponged with distressed ink, I then add smooch spritz in gold. The photo doesn't really show it but the butterfly has a lovely sparkle.
12 x 12 paper stacks usually have a full page of a large design, great for scrapbooking but useless in card making, unless of course you have Karen Burniston designed pop up dies from Elizabeth Craft Designs.
If you live is Australia you can purchase this dies from Photo Continental in Brisbane.

Here is a close up of the pop up and my new lace die. The congratulations die was cut 5 times and adhered together to a create 3D word.

Supplies:
Stamps; The Stamps of Life, Stampin Up

CCEE1442 Ghosts, Ghouls and Monsters

This week on CCEE Stampers Liz and Lynn have challenged us to pick out your favorite ghoul, ghost, monster, or witch that might scare up some fun for Halloween. Living in Australia we don't really celebrate Halloween although in the last 10 years it has become more popular especially through the retail stores.
Every body loves a chance to dress up and have a party in fact my Niece is having a themed party for her daughters birthday, so this is my inspiration for this challenge. I have made some gift bags for some lovely Lindt Halloween chocolates.

My bags are made using the WE R memory keepers gift bag punch board , the stamped images are La-La Land crafts flying witch Marci and Vampire Luka  and the are mounted on spellbinder nestabiities die cut panels.
I have also combined this challenge with the challenges on Crazy 4 Challenges C4C257 Halloween Treats and C4C256 Orange, Purple and Green.
Hope you like my Halloween project, pop on over to CCEE Stampers blog to see what the other design team members have created.

Take care

You're a Rockstar

Challenge Time on CCEE Stampers and this week Liz and Lynn have challenged us to Celebrate International Drum Month, and  Universal Music Day is on October 12th. Our challenge is to make a card or project using a drum or instrument image. Or, if we like, use  musical score paper or a stamp that celebrates music as the universal language.
For my card I have used Imaginisce designer paper Live Loud Garage Band, Stamps from Kanban and My Favorite Things and the music thinlits die from Sizzix.

To see what the other designers have created pop on over to CCEE Stampers and while there place a link so that we can see your creation too.

Have a great Day
