For todays card layout I use the sketch design from Taylor Taylored Expressions TESC114. I stamped and embossed the heart, cut and matted it. I really liked this wrapping paper and saved a bit just for the right card. Notice the buttons just another challenge to use buttons on my cards for this month.

Birthday butterfly
Hi there, I can't believe it has been so long since I have posted a card, time goes fast when you are busy. I had a few birthdays this month so I had no choice but to get in the craft room. This card was made for a 50th birthday, I used the sketch OCCSC15 on the Our creative corner blog. I recently met a friend for our monthly get together and went shopping I purchased this Shapeabilities die. I also made a challenge for this month, for myself to create a card with a bow and button, so many cards out there have them now.I stamped the butterfly in pearlescent coral ink and touched the edges with crimson copper. I found this lovely verse and thought it suited the occasion.
Stamps: Basic Grey - All Natural, Verse - Art stamps Australia
Paper: Vanilla, green, DP- Rasberry Tart
Other: MS punch quilted, brillance ink - crimson copper, Pearlescent coral, Spellbinders Lotus pendant, vanilla ribbon and button, gems
