Emerald Faries

Welcome to this weeks challenge with the Crazy 4 challenge team.

The gem stone for May is the emerald. Use some shade of green on your card—bonus points if it’s emerald green.

I have used Distressed inks to create my background, for this card, sponging several layers of ink, with a mist of water in between the layers. I have use Lavinia fairy stamps for this scene. The sentiment is from a clear Kaisercraft set.

Wildflowers in the sunset sky

Hi Everyone,
Welcome to another challenge with the CCEE Stampers Team.

The second week in May is Wildflower Week.  Let's include some flowers on our cards today.

I created my background with distress inks, ripe persimmon, picked raspberry, dried marigold, mustard seed and a brayer. And stamped images from an Indigo Blue set that was free in a magazine some time ago. Then die cut it with the Elizabeth Craft Designs stitched rectangles and layered it on to card stock.

Fairy Dreams

Welcome to another Month of Challenges with the CCEE team, this month Lois is our hostess.

I found a weird celebration to start off the month.  May 4th is National Candied Orange Peel Day.  To celebrate, let's include the color ORANGE (which just happens to be one of my favorites!) on our cards.

I chose to play with some distressed inks, orange, yellow, pink and purple to create my background. All images are from the Lavinia stamp range.

Don't forget to check out the CCEE Stampers blog to see the rest of the creations the CCEE Stampers have created this week. You can also see more details of their creations on their individual blogs.
