Ebony and Ivory

Welcome to week 3 challenge with the CCEE stampers team.

"This week, lets' see some black and cream (ivory) cards.  Doesn't matter if you use die cuts, punches or stamps....let's see those black and cream cards!!"

Black and Ivory go together just about as good as black and white to make some stunning cards.
The front of the card was decorated with die cuts, stickers and micro fine glitter on the flower overlay. Inside some more glitter, stickers and die cuts. The interactive pop up dies make such a surprise card.

Welcome to another challenge with the CCEE Stampers team, this week our challenge was to make a tri- fold card.

Rocky Mountains

Hi Everyone,

Welcome to the first challenge of 2017 with the Crazies from Crazy 4 Challenges. Caz Counsell has chosen the fun challenges this month.
" Today is Old Rock Day- Create something to do with Rock. It could be a scene with mountains, Rock & Roll, Stone style paper, a brick wall or a precious gem."

For my card I decided to create a scene using through the lens stone designer paper from Elizabeth Craft Designs

And western edges designed by Karen Burniston. Inside I created a pop up western scene with some more of Karen's dies.

The card folds flat for posting, but then opens up completely for displaying.

Supplies:

Western Edges
Fence Pop Stand
Hay there Pop Stand
Cocoa the horse
Elizabeth Craft Designs  through the lens stone - Stitched squares

Winter Birds

Welcome back to the CCEE Challenges, to start the 2017 season we have hostess Vicky with her very first challenge.

Today is "Bird Day".....I absolutely love birds and bird cards.  So, my challenge is for you to make a card with a bird on it.  I just know the cards will be awesome.  BTW, I know we did birds in 2016, but how could I turn down "Bird Day"!!

For my card I have used the winter birds set from stampendous. I started out with the branch stencil that comes with the set and used distress inks for colour. Next the berry bunch positioned and coloured with copic pens. These birds remind me of our local wrens, the female is a dull brown and the male has a blue chest. They spend their days flitting here and there in the bushes. The birds were stamped, coloured, fussy cut and shaped before attaching to the base card.

Don't forget to check out the CCEE Stampers blog to see the rest of the creations the CCEE Stampers have created this week. You can also see more details of their creations on their individual blogs.
