Black and gold cheers

This card was created for a Goddess Party, while this isn't a goddess stamp I don't think you can go wrong using a MFT A'la mode stamp.
I tried something new for this card I wanted to use  nestabling. Nestabling is self adhesive bling desgined to coordinate with spellbinder nestabilities. The image is better suited to a round die but I only had gold nestabling in oval so I stamped the image and cut around the legs and positioned the oval nestability die so that it would cut off the legs. The dress and the shoes were coloured with twinkletts glitter pen the colour matched perfectly with DCWV glitter card.

This is also the first time I have used two ribbons for the bow it is so easy to make bows using a bow maker. The cream designer paper is from chatter box artsy.licious collection

Thanks for looking

Paint Chip Gift Card Holder

My daughter's friend just got married this is what I made to hold the gift card. The young couple just purchased a house, my daughter came home from the hardware store with a gift card, a paint brush and some sample paint chips and asked Mum can you make something with this here is what I came up with.
I cut the large paint chip samples smaller keeping the paint names in the corner and layered them along with spellbinder die hearts and punched letters.
I scored the card to make a folder and attached the paint brush so it wouldn't fall out. Then using a black panel with punched edges I created a pocket for the gift card. And finished it off with a bow.
Supplies
Spellbinders heart die, letter punches; paint chip samples,Martha stewart punches, ribbon, DCWV card.

Here comes the bride

This card was made for a bridal shower, in the same colours that will be in the bridal party. I used MFT die-namics perfect petal trio and cut each flower out twice, I sponged the edges, scrunched each petal several times then attached the brad in the centre and crinkled each layer. This has to be the easiest way to make paper flowers.
Supplies:
Stamps: Stampin up
Paper: DCWV green and Stampin up very vanilla
Other: sizzlits little leaves, MFT Die-namic, Fiskars border punch, grosgrain ribbon, brad, adirondack ink juniper, nestabilities oval & lacey oval.

Sweet Petals

We have had a busy time here creating, my daughter who is studying marketing had a group assignment where they had to create an item and a marketing campaign and sell their item at market day. The group decided  they liked the idea for the cuppa chup flowers that I had found on line but also wanted to use chocolate hearts for those who don't like lollies. They liked the sample I created using a Martha Stewart border punch, scor pal and hot glue.
I donated the paper and tools and the group had a workshop to create 170 sweet petals which were a great sucess at market day.
