I saw this layout some time ago on Debby Yates blog A Scrapjourney now finally I have had the chance to case it. The main image is Upsy Daisy set from Stampin up, it may even be discontinued now, which is a bit of a shame. The text is an unmounted clear set that I have had for some time and of course I didn't write down the manufacturer.
